Food

Can I customise my plan?

Yes you can. You select food group preferences when you sign up. Once in the program you will be able to select LOVE, LIKE or AVOID for every meal you are given. This means those meals you loved will come up more regularly, whereas those you don’t like never come up again.

What if I am gluten/lactose intolerant?

You have the ability to select any intolerances in your sign up process. Recipes containing these ingredients will either be avoided - or flagged to let you know to use an alternative ingredient. Thankfully the choice of gluten/lactose free products is becoming more extensive all the time.

Are the dinners suitable for the whole family?

Definitely! We encourage you to cook these meals for the whole household. Our meals have all been developed for and by a busy mother. They are quick, easy and the whole family will find them delicious! Best of all, you can nominate how many people will be eating dinner, and we will work out exactly how much of each ingredient you will need on your shopping list.

Can I share my plan with others?

Whilst it’s generally fine to share your evening meal with the whole family, anything further will defeat the purpose of Back To My Body. The thing that makes this program different is that it is generated for YOU alone. It is calculated exactly to your data, your needs and your goals. Therefore your plan can’t provide the same results for someone else.


Fitness Program

Do I need to join a gym?

No! Our exercise programs can be done anywhere. At home, outside or in a gym if you have an existing membership. The only additional requirements will come in the more advanced programs when a resistance band and a skipping rope will be required.

How much exercise will I do?

When you sign up you will select your current level of fitness, this determines how many times a week you will exercise. Beginners - 3 times per week. Intermediate - 4 times per week. Advanced - 5 times per week.

What is the right exercise level for me?

If you are currently not exercising, or have done very little in the last six months or more, choose beginner. If you are currently exercising at a medium intensity 3 or 4 times a week, choose intermediate. If you have been consistently exercising 5 times a week or more at a high intensity, choose advanced.

Can I do the exercise component with injuries or health concerns?

You should always consult your health care professional before beginning any diet or fitness regime. They may then direct you to suitable scaling options for your exercise component.

I already do exercise classes / have a personal trainer, do I have to do this exercise too?

Absolutely not. If you choose not to do the exercise program that accompanies your Back To My Body food plan, the food component of the program will still enable you to maximise your existing exercise regime.

I recently had a C section - I have muscle separation - I have pelvic floor issues - am I still able to use the exercise component?

You should always consult your health care professional before beginning any diet or fitness regime. They may then direct you to suitable scaling options for your exercise component.


Technical

Can I access my plan on my mobile or desktop computer?

Yes most definitely. In fact, through any device with a web browser you will be able to access everything.

Do I need to have access to Facebook?

It is not imperative, but it will give you access to our private support group. Here you will be able to share experiences, ask questions and join our active community.

How much support will I get?

Through our private group you will be able to ask questions, share experiences and build friendships. We will endeavour to answer service questions within 24hours.


Payments, Accounts and Privacy

Will my details be safe?

Yes. Back To My Body uses the latest encryption technology and we never store your credit card information. Full details of our privacy policy are available here.

How can I update my credit card details?

Next time you are prompted to make a payment, simply enter the new credit card details.

How do I change my password or retrieve a forgotten one?

You can change your password at any time through your personal settings.

Can I cancel my membership?

Absolutely. You may cancel your membership at any time and we will stop any future payments being made to extend your subscription. Your account will remain available to you until the existing subscription period ends.
